Licensing and Certification
Appraisers must hold an active state license or certification in good standing for the jurisdictions in which they perform assignments. All credentials are verified as part of the onboarding process.

Appraisers must demonstrate familiarity with the markets and regions they serve. Assignments are coordinated based on geographic knowledge appropriate to each property location.
Professional Experience
We seek appraisers with relevant residential valuation experience and a history of producing credible appraisal reports that meet professional standards.
Compliance and Ethics
Appraisers must adhere to applicable regulatory requirements and professional standards, including USPAP. Independence, objectivity, and ethical conduct are essential expectations.
Insurance Requirements
Current Errors and Omissions insurance coverage is required. Documentation must be provided during the approval process and maintained throughout engagement.
